Tiffany L. Henry, Esq.

Tiffany L. Henry’s practice area has focused primarily on real estate litigation. Notably, Tiffany has represented major public and private companies, commercial and industrial developers, commercial banks, and institutional lenders in a wide range of traditional and innovative real estate-related matters and projects. She has been a Litigation Associate with prominent mid-level real estate firms in New York City and on Long Island where she handled all litigation aspects of the regional distressed asset portfolios of Bank of America, US Bank, Citibank and Wells Fargo, among other national mortgage servicers.
In this ever-volatile real estate market, Tiffany has also recognized her clients’ needs for speedy legal counsel on a wide range of contract matters. As a result, she is well-versed in the procedures and pitfalls of drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts and a variety of written agreements, and has drawn on this experience to expeditiously navigate the contract negotiation process. In addition, Tiffany has appeared and argued in both Civil and Supreme Court in all 5 boroughs, as well as in Nassau County and Suffolk County. She has also appeared on matters in Civil and Supreme Court in various upstate regions.
Ms. Henry received her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College and continued on to obtain her Masters in Sociology from St. John's University. Ms. Henry then went on to complete her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law and was admitted to practice in New York in 2013. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court in the Eastern District and Southern District of New York.
